Taking care of yourself is no merely a matter of good health, it’s a measure of spiritual evolution.

Empower Yourself

About 80-85% of our behavior, patterns, beliefs, emotions, and thoughts are on a subconscious level. It is this underlying programming that affects all aspects of our life.

There are various layers where this programming exists. Some of it was created during our formative childhood years. Sometimes the programming is passed down through our ancestors in our DNA. Some of our subconscious programming exists in the collective consciousness layers. And some programming is transferred from our other lifetimes through our soul.

No matter what layer the incorrect programming exists, there are techniques to resolve various issues that limit you. You have the power to shift what’s going on within you. Join the teleseminar “Living an Empowered Life”. This class provides information and healing techniques into healing emotional issues and core beliefs.

The 3-week teleseminar begins on Tuesday September 6, 2011 9pm EDT. You’ll discover unresolved emotional issues that influence your behavior and personality. Workout Routine – Health Tip

Last week was crazy, and my workout routine suffered. I’ve had a big project going on. But I’m so glad I’m tracking my workouts each day.

This is week 2, and I thought I was doing well working out every day. But this is more about just showing up to the gym.

I exercised all seven days this week. Wednesday when I input my stats into my spreadsheet I was shocked that I wasn’t going to hit my target of 3,150 calories burned. Here I believed I had worked hard with each workout.

In looking back at my workouts three of the days I had cut my workouts short for various reasons; thus reducing the calories burned and missing the target.

My total calories burned this week were 2,757, but my weight remained the same. I could have been very frustrated at my results had I avoided tracking them. But the truth is seeing my shortened workouts on paper is proof as to why nothing changed.

This week has been a good reminder that seeing the results on paper will help me stay on target with my workout routine to achieve my results.
